a great day in great ways

what an unforgetable day, the class potluck went really well. firstly, everyone came (except eugene cheng -.-), and almost everyone brought something! the amount of food present was just - !!!. it felt incredibly satisfying when everyone was so enthusiastic about the party, and really a big thank you to all who did bring something, because without you guys, it wouldnt be a potluck anymore! ;D

bee hoon, fried rice, chicken wings, satay, nuggets, prawns, fishballs, muffins, brownies (alot), jelly, tiramisu (alot) and a whole lotta drinks were what i could remember, but im sure i missed out some, as there was just multitudes of food that lined the tables. - we couldnt finish them all though, so luckily douglas and kiat tapaoed most of it :D

what a relief that the food doesnt go to waste! it was around 5.30, and everyone started arriving one by one, till the whole class was present (except eugene cheng) and everyone was just having a great time. some played card games, some swam, some played wii, some played halo. What mattered the most is that there was class spirit present - everyone gathered for a loud and resounding yaaaaaaaam-sengggggg! and popped champaign (lol), spreading the love around! we didnt care if we were too loud, we did it over and over for 3 times, and finally we downed all of our drinks in a gulp.

the 16 people tourny on super smash brothers brawl was hella fun xD well, i couldnt show mercy, so... i kinda kicked butt xDDD hahaha. glad that everyone was willing to participate in the activities. i didn't swim, but from what i saw, they were having a good time too, and i went out there to snap some shots as well. eventually they came in and joined us for the second round of brawl, where more cheering was heard.

when lucian and ryan had to go, everyone decided to gather for a class photo, and despite it being a little hard to organize us, we finally managed to put together a photo with all of us wearing our new class shirts :D much more went inbetween and after that, and to conclude it all, it was everyone's prescence that made it a memoriable event of 2008 :D cheers to everyone!

special thanks to douglas, cheng yang, kiat and yong chang for being a great help with the class t shirts and the party. couldn't have done it without you guys :D and a huggee thank you again to douglas for agreeing to book your function room for us, even if it cost you a hefty 50 bucks, really appreciate it :D feels great to organize something that went well right guys? xD haha, okay then, the pictures!
